Fill out the fields below to request a show slot on IC Radio.
Your personal details will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of managing your show slot/contacting you about your show.

Do note to host a show/book the studio you will be required to have

• - Bought Radio Membership if you are a member of the IC Union
• - OR One Time Studio Booking if you are a non-member of the IC Union
• - Had a Studio Induction, they are held every Monday 12:00-13:00, see the schedule for more information, if this is not possible please email us to arrange an alternative time
• - Do note ALL regular show hosts in your slot will require membership - this is necessary to enable any of you to manage your shows and be on the studio access key list.

You are permitted to bring guests to the studio for your booked slots provided you have membership.
If you wish to have your show on a frequency other than weekly/fortnightly/monthly please select Other and specify exactly how in the Custom Frequency field.
You will receive an email on confirmation of your slot as a GCal Invite. Requests can be denied up to the discretion of committee.

Once accepted Login to manage your upcoming slots/confirm your attendance.
